Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer role at GE HealthCare in Bengaluru focused on developing, optimizing, and validating manufacturing processes for specialized equipment including vacuum furnaces and brazing systems. Responsibilities
Lead process design, development, industrialization, and validation for new and existing products
Provide technical leadership for vacuum furnaces, brazing, machining, and related manufacturing processes
Analyze quality trends, investigate root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives including cycle-time reduction and cost optimization
Support New Product Introduction, product transfer, and manufacturing readiness projects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 7 years manufacturing or process engineering experience
Hands-on expertise with vacuum furnace operations and brazing processes
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities
Equipment qualification, verification, and validation experience
Proven team management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Healthcare industry and ISO 13485 certification experience preferred
