Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage incoming enquiries across WhatsApp, social media, website forms, and other communication platforms.
2. Initiate conversations with prospective parents and respond promptly to their queries.
3. Explain Tickle Right's programme, its methodology, and the developmental benefits it offers children.
4. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status
5. Follow up with prospective parents to keep them engaged and ensure no
potential inquiry is missed.
6. Track enquiry response times, lead quality, and conversion-related metrics.
