Lead IT Analyst (SAP Sales and Distribution) in Bangalore, भारत

Integrated DNA Technologies seeks an experienced IT analyst to lead SAP Sales and Distribution module support and enhancements. The role involves troubleshooting, requirement analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain stable solutions meeting business needs in a Bangalore-based enterprise applications team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on enterprise applications team to develop SAP enhancements and solutions for customer needs
• Support Sales Order, Customer Master, and CPQ-related SAP enhancements and large projects
• Analyze requirements, identify root causes, troubleshoot issues, and implement sustainable solutions
• Provide timely troubleshooting and production support for SAP and SD module integrations
• Work with internal IT and business teams on SD integrations and external third-party vendor compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years hands-on SAP Sales and Distribution configuration in primary support role
• 5+ years working with SD Tcodes and integration with MM, WM, PP, FICO modules
• 5+ years configuring SD enterprise structure including master data and pricing procedures
• 3+ years experience with SD data determinations, scheduling, ATP, and complaints processing
• SOX compliance environment experience and business process documentation skills (preferred)
• Knowledge of BADIs, BAPIs, routines, ABAP interpretation and debugging (preferred)
