About the job

We are hiring one person to work full-time on a UK safety-garments brand in Gurgaon. You will be employed by Prova and work only on that account.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Find the right decision-makers at UK companies: name, job title, direct email, phone number.
2. Check emails and numbers before they go on a list.
3. Add and update every contact in the CRM. No duplicates, no gaps, clear notes.
4. Hit a weekly number of verified contacts. We will agree on the number with you.
5. Tell us what is working and what is not, so lists get better each week.

What do you get?

1. Full-time role at Prova, Gurugram. 4 days a week in office and 1 day work from home. Rs 28,000 base + up to Rs 15,000 monthly incentives.
2. Training on the UK market and the product.
3. Room to grow into outreach and campaign work.

Other requirements

1. 1+ year of experience in lead generation, data research, or sales support. Strong freshers will be considered.

2. Comfortable with LinkedIn, company websites, Companies House, and similar sources.

3. Used a CRM (HubSpot is a plus) and spreadsheets.

4. Clear written English. UK business hours overlap is a plus.

5. Careful with detail. You do not guess an email; you check it.
