About the job

Eurodreams is looking for a proactive, organised, and target-oriented Lead Generation Associate to manage prospective student leads, conduct outbound calls, ensure timely follow-ups, and schedule counselling appointments.

The role involves engaging with students interested in studying abroad, understanding their basic requirements, providing approved service information, and supporting the sales and counselling team in converting enquiries into potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to fresh, existing, cold, and warm leads.
2. Explain Eurodreams' study-abroad services and understand students' basic requirements.
3. Conduct timely follow-ups through calls and approved WhatsApp messages.
4. Identify interested prospects and schedule counselling appointments.
5. Coordinate with counsellors and share relevant lead information.
6. Maintain accurate lead records, call outcomes, follow-up dates, and statuses in the CRM or lead tracker.
7. Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and appointment-setting targets.
8. Submit daily activity reports and ensure no assigned lead is missed.
9. Provide accurate information and escalate complex queries to the relevant team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be evaluated based on:

1. Daily calls and follow-ups completed.
2. Interested and qualified leads generated.
3. Counselling appointments scheduled and attended.
4. Lead conversion contribution.
5. CRM accuracy and reporting discipline.
6. Communication quality and professional conduct.

Expected Work Approach

The candidate must ensure consistent follow-ups, accurate record-keeping, timely reporting, and proper ownership of assigned leads until they are transferred, converted, or closed as per company procedures.

5. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

6. Experience in telecalling, sales support, lead generation, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

7. Someone who share accurate, clear, and company-approved information about study-abroad services, admission processes, scholarships, fees, and visa assistance.
