Lead Full Stack Engineer role within Danaher's Enterprise AI Solutions team, responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable AI-enabled applications across the organization. Will serve as technical leader in multidisciplinary teams, transforming AI capabilities into production-ready solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
Design and build scalable full-stack solutions using modern front-end and back-end frameworks with cloud-native architectures
Develop AI-enabled applications that integrate advanced AI capabilities into business workflows and enterprise solutions
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, instruments, data sources, and operational systems
Apply software engineering best practices, DevSecOps principles, and observability standards to ensure secure, reliable applications
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Data, and AI professionals to deliver production-grade AI solutions
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
8+ years software engineering experience building enterprise applications and cloud-native solutions
Hands-on expertise with .NET/C#, Python, React, Angular, APIs, and microservices
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices
Technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to guide delivery teams
Experience with Generative AI technologies, RAG, or Enterprise Copilots (preferred)
Background in data engineering, analytics platforms, or enterprise digital transformation (preferred)
