Lead Full Stack Engineer role within Danaher's Enterprise AI Solutions team, responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable AI-enabled applications across the organization. Will serve as technical leader in multidisciplinary teams, transforming AI capabilities into production-ready solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable full-stack solutions using modern front-end and back-end frameworks with cloud-native architectures
• Develop AI-enabled applications that integrate advanced AI capabilities into business workflows and enterprise solutions
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, instruments, data sources, and operational systems
• Apply software engineering best practices, DevSecOps principles, and observability standards to ensure secure, reliable applications
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Data, and AI professionals to deliver production-grade AI solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
• 8+ years software engineering experience building enterprise applications and cloud-native solutions
• Hands-on expertise with .NET/C#, Python, React, Angular, APIs, and microservices
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices
• Technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to guide delivery teams
• Experience with Generative AI technologies, RAG, or Enterprise Copilots (preferred)
• Background in data engineering, analytics platforms, or enterprise digital transformation (preferred)
