Lead Engineer position focused on designing and evolving enterprise-scale identity and access management platforms. Responsible for strategic architecture, deployment automation, security analysis, and advising leadership on cloud migration and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
Design and evolve enterprise-scale identity platforms ensuring secure global authentication
Develop automated deployment pipelines and API integrations for standardized secure access
Analyze platform telemetry and security logs to identify and mitigate architectural vulnerabilities
Advise senior leadership on technical capabilities for cloud migrations and compliance
Resolve critical platform outages and identity disruptions through structural remediation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, software engineering, or equivalent experience
6+ years in platform engineering, IAM, software development, or systems administration
Master's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
Cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure certification or equivalent preferred
Experience with enterprise authentication systems and secure access design
Proficiency in API integrations and deployment pipeline automation
