Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer / Technical Lead for Battery Management System (BMS) Development to join our growing EV and Automotive Engineering https://jobeax.com/link/V9v5V1Tltw2JcjY6 Requirements:- Strong expertise in MATLAB, Simulink & Stateflow- Experience in Automotive Embedded Software Development- Hands-on exposure to Battery Management Systems (BMS) / Battery Pack Development preferred- Knowledge of System Composer and DaVinci Developer- Strong model review, debugging, and requirement analysis skills- Experience in Software V-Cycle Development Process- Proven team leadership experience, managing a team of 3+ engineers- Planning, tracking, and milestone management expertisePreferred Skills:- Battery algorithms (SOC, SOH, SOP, Cell Balancing, Thermal Management)- AUTOSAR exposure- C Programming & Debugging- EV/Hybrid Vehicle development experienceEducational Qualification:- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electronics, Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
