Responsibilities
Design and implement manufacturing improvements to enhance product reliability, cost-effectiveness, and supply chain continuity.
Conduct and supervise component and system testing using lab instrumentation; ensure regulatory and safety standard compliance.
Lead cross-functional technical problem-solving with hardware, software, biological, and chemical engineering teams.
Oversee contract manufacturer and supplier performance, drive improvement initiatives, and develop sourcing in strategic regions.
Support product transitions from development to full-scale manufacturing using DFx principles.
Requirements
BE/BS in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
10–12 years hands-on electrical engineering experience
Demonstrated failure investigation and root cause analysis capability
Manufacturing operations and process implementation support experience
ISO 13485 competency
FDA regulated environment and contract manufacturer product transfer experience
