AstraZeneca seeks a Lead for Diagnostics & Health Innovation Hub in Mumbai to drive companion diagnostic adoption strategy, build relationships with laboratory stakeholders, and lead a team of diagnostic managers. The role combines strategic planning, technical education, and field leadership to advance diagnostic testing practices and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute companion diagnostic adoption strategy with defined success metrics
• Build and maintain relationships with laboratory leaders, pathologists, and healthcare professionals
• Deliver technical presentations and provide educational materials on diagnostics to clinical laboratory staff
• Lead, coach, and develop diagnostic managers and liaisons to achieve organizational objectives
• Partner with diagnostic companies and lab networks to identify and resolve testing barriers

Requirements

• Proven field management experience with demonstrated leadership competencies
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
• Budget management experience and strategic business planning ability
• Deep knowledge of diagnostic market segments and customer dynamics
• Presentation and negotiation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
• Previous experience in customer support or field-based environments
• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA) or multi-functional experience preferred
