Job Purpose
The Lead – Design & Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates and budgets. This includes understanding project requirements, analysing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), reviewing drawings, and applying appropriate pricing based on standard rates and vendor inputs. The role supports competitive and profitable cost proposals aligned with technical specifications and client expectations.

Review project scope, architectural and MEP drawings, technical specifications, and client requirements.
Understand the functional requirements of hydrant, sprinkler, pump room, fire alarm, and other firefighting systems.
