Johnson & Johnson seeks a Lead for Data Automation in Global Supply Chain Services to manage AI-driven digital initiatives across the full project lifecycle. The role focuses on designing scalable data solutions, leveraging generative AI and emerging technologies, and translating complex technical concepts for business stakeholders in Bangalore.
Responsibilities
Lead diverse portfolio of AI-driven digital initiatives from ideation through implementation and value realisation
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration solutions using cloud platforms and automation tools
Design user-centric solutions that prioritize adoption and measurable business outcomes across supply chain functions
Apply AI-powered tools to accelerate data discovery, transformation, and documentation processes
Monitor emerging AI technologies and recommend strategic improvements to data architecture and technology stack
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science Engineering, or Master's in Mathematics
6+ years of related experience in data engineering and digital solutions
Hands-on experience building advanced AI agents and proficiency with generative AI and LLMs
Technical expertise with Databricks, Azure Data Services, SQL Server, Python, Alteryx, and Power Automate
Demonstrated ability to design data architectures, build ETL pipelines, and develop APIs on cloud platforms
Strong project management skills with ability to execute multiple concurrent projects independently
Excellent English communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
