AstraZeneca seeks a Lead Consultant to own the SAP S/4HANA Asset Maintenance solution design for a global ERP transformation program. The role combines technical expertise with business process leadership to deliver a standardized, compliant maintenance template across the organization.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end Asset Maintenance solution design aligned with SAP standards and global templates
Translate business requirements into fit-to-standard SAP configurations and deployment outcomes
Govern master data definition, migration, and quality across functional locations and equipment
Ensure compliance with AstraZeneca standards including GxP, data integrity, and change control
Support deployment teams through build, testing, cutover, and hypercare phases across sites
Requirements
Extensive SAP S/4HANA and Asset Maintenance module expertise
Proven experience leading ERP solution design and implementation programs
Strong understanding of manufacturing, maintenance planning, and GxP compliance
Track record managing cross-functional teams and governance forums
Experience with master data management and system integration
Knowledge of regulated manufacturing environments and change control
