Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for procurement and supplier management
Support design and continuous improvement of global Purchase-to-Pay processes
Collaborate with product experts and technical teams to translate requirements into specifications
Assist with system testing, data migration, user acceptance testing, and defect management
Support release planning, deployment activities, and hypercare support post-launch
Requirements
Business analyst experience in procurement, finance, or supply chain processes
Hands-on experience with SAP Procurement, S/4HANA, or ERP systems
Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
Knowledge of Source-to-Pay and supplier management processes
Experience with testing methodologies, defect management, and deployment activities
Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar project tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
