• Establish GitOps, CI/CD, monitoring, security, and governance frameworks.
• Define platform standards, upgrade strategies, and operational runbooks.
• Drive technical decision-making and mentor engineering teams.
• Ensure platform reliability, compliance, and cost optimization.
