Stryker seeks a Lead Business Analyst in Gurugram to bridge Endoscopy Supply Chain teams and Analytics & Engineering, designing enterprise reporting and advanced analytics solutions. The role combines strategic business partnering with hands-on development of Power BI, Power Apps, and modern data platforms to drive supply chain optimization.
Responsibilities
Partner with supply planning, demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics leaders to identify analytics-driven improvement opportunities
Design and deliver enterprise reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks enabling data-driven executive decision-making
Lead analytics roadmap execution, consolidating reporting assets and semantic models into scalable enterprise ecosystem
Design Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline processes and automate manual workflows
Manage multiple analytics and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business value
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, information systems, business analytics, or computer science
7+ years business analytics, supply chain analytics, operations analytics, or business intelligence experience
Proven leadership of cross-functional analytics initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
Expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform technologies
Experience with data engineering platforms such as Databricks and Azure Data Factory
