Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
● Manage end-to-end execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising
campaigns.
● Coordinate with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely
campaign launches and successful delivery.
● Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to
meet campaign objectives.
● Generate campaign reports, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights
and recommendations.
● Work with ad-serving platforms to ensure accurate campaign setup, tracking, and
delivery.
● Maintain high standards of quality assurance and operational excellence across all
campaigns.
● Manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously while adhering to timelines and
business goals.
● Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign processes, workflows, and
efficiencies.

Qualifications

Qualification and Skills - 

4-5 years of experience required.

● Digital Media, Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or
Digital Advertising on the agency or publisher side.
● Basic understanding of ad-serving and advertising platforms such as Google Ad
Manager (GAM) and DSPs.
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate
effectively across teams and clients.
● Good analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for
reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.
● Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
● Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a high
sense of ownership and accountability.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
effectively.

Preferred Skills
● Understanding of digital advertising metrics, campaign optimization, and performance
analysis.
● Experience in troubleshooting campaign delivery and tracking issues.
● Familiarity with programmatic advertising concepts and digital media ecosystems.
