We are seeking a Cloud Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The candidate will be responsible for providing Level 2 technical support, troubleshooting cloud infrastructure issues, and assisting customers with implementation and operational support.
Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for cloud infrastructure and services across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Troubleshoot incidents related to compute, storage, networking, security, backup, and monitoring services.
Support cloud deployments, migrations, and implementations.
Analyze logs and resolve technical issues within SLA timelines.
Perform incident, problem, and change management activities.
Create technical documentation, knowledge articles, and SOPs.
Work with L3 teams and vendors for complex issue resolution.
Participate in rotational shifts and global support coverage.
