Key Responsibilities:

1. Design UX for AI assistants and conversational interfaces
2. Develop AI-enabled websites and digital products
3. Map user journeys involving AI recommendations and automation
4. Design prompt-driven and conversational experiences
5. Develop AI search and product-discovery experiences
6. Simplify complex workflows through user-centered design
7. Structure information architecture and interaction design
8. Create wireframes and high-fidelity Figma prototypes
9. Develop design systems and reusable UX patterns
10. Conduct usability testing and implement iterative product improvements
11. Collaborate with designers, developers, and AI or automation teams

Figma UI & UX Design User Interface (UI) Development Wireframing

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Strong UX and product-design fundamentals

2. Experience with Figma and prototyping

3. Good understanding of user journeys, task flows and interaction design

4. Ability to simplify complex workflows

5. Interest or experience in AI-powered products

6. Understanding of conversational UX or chatbot experiences

7. Strong problem-solving and communication skills

8. Ability to think beyond screens and design end-to-end experiences

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,60,000 - 2,80,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 60,000 /year
