Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for managing recruitment activities for multiple clients across diverse industries and functions. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening calls, coordinating with the Team Lead, and ensuring a smooth hiring process from sourcing to interview scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
Handle hiring requirements assigned by the Team Lead.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job advertisements, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' experience, communication skills, and suitability for the role.
Share shortlisted candidate profiles with the Team Lead for review and approval.
Forward approved profiles to clients for further evaluation.

Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Schedule interviews upon client confirmation.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Follow up with candidates and clients regarding interview schedules and feedback.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Required Skills
Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
