Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
2. Design and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative talent channels.
3. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and team requirements.
4. Screen candidates and coordinate interviews while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
5. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
6. Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process to minimize drop-offs.
7. Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports with accuracy and consistency.
8. Drive employer branding and recruitment engagement initiatives.
9. Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hire.
10. Support proactive pipeline building and workforce planning initiatives.
11. Coordinate onboarding activities and pre-joining engagement.
12. Organize and participate in job fairs, campus drives, and hiring events.

4. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment tracking tools.

5. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets and candidate database management.

6. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
