About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles.
2. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
3. Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, and job requirements.
4. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
5. Schedule interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
6. Maintain and regularly update candidate databases.
7. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
8. Coordinate interview schedules and selection processes.
9. Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
10. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
