About the job

We are looking for a Jr. Social Media Associate who will own the day-to-day presence of Stirring Minds across all major social platforms creating content, building creatives, planning and scheduling posts, and helping grow our audience consistently.

This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who lives and breathes social media someone who is always aware of what is trending, knows what kind of content performs on each platform, and can produce quality output independently using AI tools and design skills.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, Quora, YouTube Shorts, and any other relevant platforms

2. Understand the tone, format, and audience of each platform and tailor content accordingly what works on LinkedIn is not what works on Instagram or Reddit
Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions and respond promptly and professionally

3. Track follower growth, engagement, reach, and other key metrics across platforms

4. Work with the marketing lead to build a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals, campaigns, and key dates

5. Write captions, hooks, post copy, and long-form content for platforms like LinkedIn and Quora

6. Ideate content themes, series, and formats that build brand identity and audience over time

7. Research trending topics, keywords, and competitor content to keep our strategy sharp

8. Build high-quality static creatives, carousels, infographics, and story templates using AI tools (Canva, Adobe Express, Ideogram, Midjourney, or similar) and graphic design skills

9. Create and edit short-form videos and reels for Instagram and YouTube Shorts
Assist with content shoots planning shots, setting up, and directing basic on-site video and photo content

10. Use AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, HeyGen, or similar) to produce AI-generated video content where needed

11. Schedule and publish content across all platforms using scheduling tools
Ensure consistent posting cadence without gaps or delays

12. Coordinate with the automation team to build AI-driven auto-posting workflows where applicable

Who Should Apply

1. 0-1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role internship or freelance experience counts

2. Active on social media yourself you understand what good content looks and feels like

3. Hands-on with graphic design tools Canva at minimum, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator preferred

4. Basic to intermediate video editing skills CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar

5. Comfortable using AI tools for content creation text, image, and video generation

6. Strong written English and Hindi for captions, copy, and community engagement
Organised and consistent you can maintain a content calendar and hit deadlines without reminders

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

Experience growing a brand or personal account from scratch

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Buffer/Hootsuite

Basic understanding of SEO and how it applies to social content

Prior experience in a startup or digital marketing agency

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
