Homeseek Realtors ( G-Vector Realtech Pvt Ltd.) is looking for a skilled and result-oriented SEO Executive with expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and optimizing content for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
-Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
-Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website SEO audits.
-Optimize website pages, meta tags, internal linking, structured data, and site architecture.
-Manage Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO performance reporting.

2. Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
-Optimize website content for featured snippets, People Also Ask, and conversational search queries.
-Develop FAQ sections, structured answers, and search-intent-based content.
-Implement relevant schema markup to improve search engine understanding of website content.

3. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
-Develop strategies to improve brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
-Optimize content for AI discoverability, factual accuracy, authority, and citation opportunities.
-Monitor AI search visibility and identify opportunities to strengthen brand mentions.

4. Website Growth & Reporting
-Optimize real estate project pages, developer pages, and location-based landing pages.
-Coordinate with website developers for technical SEO improvements.
-Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, AI search visibility, and lead conversions.
-Prepare regular SEO performance reports and recommend improvements.

# Requirements:
-1-3 years of practical experience in SEO or related digital marketing roles.
-Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, and emerging GEO practices.
-Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
-Knowledge of schema markup, technical SEO, structured content, and AI search optimization.
-Basic understanding of WordPress, HTML, and website performance.
-Ability to independently plan, implement, and monitor SEO strategies.
-Experience in real estate or location-based SEO will be an added advantage.
