About the job

We build websites, AI automation, and lead systems for businesses across Chennai: manufacturers, clinics, retailers. Small founder-led team. You'll own search and paid marketing for our own brand and for our clients, and work directly with the founder.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage on-page and technical SEO, including titles, descriptions, page structure, page speed, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
2. Conduct keyword research and develop content plans for client service pages.
3. Set up, optimize, and manage Google Business Profiles, including posts and customer reviews for local clients.
4. Build backlinks through local citations, directories, outreach, and strategic partnerships.
5. Set up and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including keyword selection, negative keywords, budgets, and ongoing performance optimization.
6. Monitor and analyze performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, and prepare monthly client reports.

4. You can explain why a change should work, not only what to change.
