About the job

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting insurance products, generating leads, assisting customers, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell insurance products to prospective customers.
2. Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
3. Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
4. Clearly explain policy features, benefits, terms, and conditions.
5. Address customer queries and maintain strong client relationships.
6. Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
8. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
