We are building the ecosystem behind better student living and are looking for people who want to grow with us. About the Role As a Junior Sales Associate at Acolyte Living, you will be working directly with students navigating one of the most significant decisions of their time abroad, choosing where to live. This is a role for someone early in their sales career who is eager to develop their skills in a structured, fast-paced environment. You will receive dedicated training and on-the-job support before moving into an independent caseload, with clear targets and a defined path for growth. Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound and outbound student leads across email, phone, and messaging platforms
Understand each student's university, location, budget, timeline, and preferences to recommend the right accommodation options
Manage follow-ups consistently and move leads through the pipeline toward confirmed bookings
Coordinate with senior team members and property partners to check availability and confirm bookings
Keep CRM records updated accurately at every stage of the student journey
Participate actively in team training sessions, process reviews, and all-hands weeks
Work toward individual conversion targets and contribute to overall team performance
