About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Support the business operations team in managing day-to-day operational requirements and ensuring timely task closure
2. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to address queries and keep processes moving smoothly
3. Manage orders, inventory, delivery, and other operational follow-ups across multiple requirements
4. Maintain accurate documentation, MIS reports, trackers, and operational records using MS Office/Excel/Google Sheets
5. Track timelines, identify gaps or delays, and proactively follow up or escalate issues before they impact delivery
6. Support client and vendor meetings, operational discussions, and on-ground activities whenever required
7. Work closely with different teams to solve operational issues and improve the overall execution process

Other requirements

1. Graduate in management, marketing, mass media, technology management, or a related discipline

2. 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong communication skills, internships, or relevant corporate exposure are welcome

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client and vendor interactions

4. Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic MIS reporting

5. Proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to take ownership instead of waiting for instructions

6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment with tight timelines and changing priorities

7. Strong coordination, follow-up, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

8. Flexible and versatile — willing to attend meetings, support on-ground operational activities, and take on varied responsibilities when required

9. Exposure to B2B marketing or startup environments is a plus
