Key responsibilities:
Daily coordination with the factory and production team.
Collect daily production and processing data from the factory.
Track banana stem received, processed quantity, fibre produced and finished stock.
Monitor production targets versus actual production.
Coordinate with the production team regarding pending work, shortages and operational requirements.
Maintain daily production and dispatch records.
Immediately report production delays, material shortages or major issues to management.
