About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day client communication and relationship management.
2. Resolve client concerns and grievances with tact, clarity, and professionalism.
3. Coordinate approvals, schedules, and reschedules for services like talk shows and media features.
4. Serve as the bridge between operations, internal teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
5. Maintain transparent documentation of client communication, commitments, and resolutions.
