About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in day-to-day operational activities and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
2. Coordinate with sales, service, warehouse, accounts, and other internal teams as required.
3. Maintain and update operational records, reports, trackers, and documentation.
4. Follow up with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders for pending activities.
5. Support order processing, dispatch coordination, inventory updates, and delivery tracking.
6. Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely closure.
7. Assist in preparing MIS reports and daily/weekly operational updates.
8. Verify data and documents for accuracy and completeness.
9. Support management in implementing and maintaining operational processes and SOPs.
10. Identify operational issues and escalate them to the concerned team/manager.
11. Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of company information.
12. Perform other operational responsibilities assigned by the management.
