About the job

Most of your week is Ghoom project management. Roughly one or two days a week is Avassa field and ground work, which will grow as Avassa grows. We'll discuss any change in that split with you before it happens.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate projects end to end: clients, vendors, timelines, inspections and delivery
2. Talk to manufacturers across India to get the best price, quality and design
3. Research new sustainable and eco-friendly materials
4. Handle order fulfilment and logistics
5. Help build our internal operating system
6, Write proposals and presentations

Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and Google Suite

Adept at leveraging modern AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to streamline tasks

Holds an undergraduate degree

Detail-oriented, confident communicator, and a quick learner eager to adapt and acquire new skills as needed
