About the job

If you thrive in high-velocity environments, enjoy engaging with people, and take ownership of execution, this role is built for you. It is ideal for individuals who are structured, responsive, disciplined with follow-ups, and eager to operate at the intersection of operations, customer experience, and business. If you naturally bring order to chaos by managing schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless execution without delays, you will excel in this role.

Core Objectives:

1. Zero-latency scheduling: Ensure every 'Schedule a Tour' request is actioned within 10 minutes without exception.
2. Maximum attendance: Reduce no-shows through proactive and effective confirmation systems.
3. Operational efficiency: Structure and group tours intelligently so that on-site Sales Executives are well-prepared and not overloaded.
4. Conversion ownership: Ensure scheduled tours translate into actual site tours and ultimately into closed deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. The bridge call: After lead qualification, initiate a high-energy 'Hype and Schedule' interaction. This goes beyond booking a slot and focuses on positioning the tour as a must-attend opportunity while setting the stage for conversion.
2. Calendar management: Own and optimize shared calendars across customers and sales executives, ensuring accuracy and zero scheduling conflicts.
3. Pre-tour briefing: Share a clear 'Tour Packet' with location details, on-site contact information, and a curated preview that builds anticipation and intent.
4. The 2-hour pulse: Conduct a mandatory confirmation touchpoint two hours before the tour, reinforcing commitment and minimizing drop-offs.
5. Conversion alignment: Work closely with sales executives to ensure every tour is context-rich, well-prepared, and positioned for closing rather than just showcasing.
6. You are not just managing processes; you are influencing revenue. Every interaction, reminder, and touchpoint is designed to increase intent and reduce friction in the buying journey. Your role directly impacts how many tours convert into deals.
7. This is a performance-driven role where execution quality is reflected in measurable outcomes. If you can create urgency, maintain control, and move prospects from interest to action, you will not just support sales- you will accelerate it.
