Job Title: Field Operations Executive
Reporting To: Field Operations Manager / Operations Head
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: 25-30K
Travel: Travel to project sites (Bike Mandatory)
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, allocate, and supervise manpower at assigned project sites.
2. Ensure technicians, operators, helpers, and subcontractors are deployed as per site requirements.
3. Monitor attendance, productivity, discipline, and daily work progress.
4. Act as the primary day-to-day field representative of AppleTree at assigned sites.
5. Maintain professional communication with the client, consultant, main contractor, and other site stakeholders.
6. Understand site requirements, resolve routine coordination issues, and escalate critical matters to management.
7. Independently coordinate and monitor activities across multiple project sites.
8. Prioritize manpower, materials, tools, and site activities based on project urgency and planned schedules.
9. Conduct regular site visits and provide timely updates on progress, constraints, and requirements.
10. Understand BMU and fa ade access systems, their major components, installation sequence, and basic operating principles.
11. Understand project drawings, installation requirements, work methodology, and site constraints.
12. Identify installation issues, access limitations, interface problems, and potential execution risks at an early stage.
13. Coordinate with the client/main contractor for site access, work permits, lifting arrangements, material movement, and availability of work fronts.
14. Ensure the required access, equipment, permissions, and work areas are available before mobilising manpower.
15. Coordinate with other contractors to minimise site clashes and execution delays.
16. Act as the day-to-day field representative of AppleTree at assigned sites.
17. Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and rectification activities as applicable.
18. Ensure work is executed safely, systematically, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and company procedures.
19. Report site progress, manpower, material requirements, delays, issues, and client concerns to the reporting manager.
