About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact at the Heritage House (Nagar Nigam) office, warmly welcoming visiting tourists.
2. Guide tourists by providing accurate, engaging information about our available tour packages, current offers, and Udaipur's rich historical and cultural heritage.
3. Manage and organize daily visitor inquiries, booking data, and operational records systematically using MS Excel and Word/Docs.
4. Assist with general front-desk administrative tasks and ensure a smooth, hospitable experience for all walk-in guests.
