Key responsibilities:

1. Media Outreach & Placement: Pitch and place agency-approved feature articles, press releases, and editorial content with leading U.S. and global trade publications and industry journals.
2. Digital & Telephone Outreach: Contact senior editors at U.S. trade journals by email and phone to pitch technical feature articles and press releases.
3. Press Portfolios: Compile and maintain digital press portfolios and publicity reports.
4. Analytics & Reporting: Gather media reach metrics and prepare clear ROI and AI reports for agency clients.

Other requirements

1. A bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.

2. Excellent written English, with a strong command of grammar, tone, and U.S. style conventions.

3. Clear, confident spoken English and comfort making professional calls to senior U.S. editors.

4. The ability to work independently during your shift. You should be able to resolve issues using our style guidelines, document your decisions, and flag them for your supervisor.

5. A quiet, dedicated home workspace with fiber broadband (50+ Mbps), a backup mobile hotspot, and power backup (UPS or inverter).
