About the job

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused sales & operations manager to join our team. In this role, you will help customers plan their trips, manage bookings, coordinate with travel partners, and ensure a seamless travel experience from inquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
2. Prepare and share detailed itineraries, quotations, and travel recommendations.
3. Manage end-to-end bookings for flights, hotels, transport, activities, and other travel services.
4. Guide customers through the booking process and provide timely post-booking support.
5. Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
6. Resolve customer queries and issues promptly with a customer-first approach.
7. Deliver exceptional service by ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Other requirements

1. Holds a BTech or bachelor's degree from premier institutes (B Tech from top universities, or Graduates from reputed colleges).

2. Have excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.

3. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.

4. Have a genuine interest in travel, sales, and operations.

5. Have 0–2 years of experience in sales, operations, customer service, or relevant internships. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
