About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Research potential clients using LinkedIn, and other platforms.
2. Build and maintain a list of qualified leads.
3. Assist in outreach activities via LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups.
4. Update and manage lead information in internal databases or spreadsheets.
5. Coordinate with senior team members to understand target industries and clients.
6. Support the team with scheduling calls, drafting messages, and reporting.
7. Meet assigned targets for lead research, outreach, follow-ups, and qualified prospects.

Other requirements

1. Graduate in any discipline; freshers are welcome.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 15,001 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year
