As a Junior Lead Generation Associate at Roton, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our customer base. Your expertise in Social Media Marketing, MS-Office, Email Marketing, MS-Excel, as well as strong English Proficiency in both spoken and written communication, will be essential in this position.

Key responsibilities:
1. Utilize social media platforms to generate leads and engage with potential customers.
2. Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
3. Use MS-Excel to analyze data and track the effectiveness of lead generation strategies.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted messaging and content for lead generation efforts.
5. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new opportunities for business growth.
6. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and track progress in CRM systems.
7. Communicate effectively with prospects and customers to build relationships and drive conversions.

Probation:

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 3,60,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 60,000 - 1,20,000 /year
