Abbott seeks a Junior IT Business Analyst to support requirements development and documentation for software features. Responsibilities
Support creation, review, and maintenance of functional requirements for software features and enhancements
Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather and validate requirements
Create and maintain requirements documentation, user stories, use cases, and traceability artifacts
Perform impact analyses, gap analyses, and requirements evaluations independently
Participate in requirements reviews and provide clarification to development and verification teams
Requirements
2-3 years experience developing, documenting, and maintaining business or software requirements
Ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts
Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical teams
Problem-solving and analytical thinking with ability to assess impacts and identify gaps
Proficiency in requirements documentation including user stories, use cases, and process flows
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirements management tools preferred
Healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industry experience preferred
