Are you passionate about helping people find their dream job? Do you have a knack for spotting top talent? We are looking for a Junior HR Associate to join our dynamic team at Indo Global Workforce. As a key player in our HR department, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
2. Conduct initial interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
3. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation sessions.
4. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
5. Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide timely and accurate responses.
6. Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as training programs and performance evaluations.
7. Utilize the MS Office suite, including Word and Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes.
