About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding processes.
2. Oversee and manage the admin inventory, ensuring stock levels of office supplies
3. Help with HR operations such as attendance tracking and employee engagement initiatives.
4. Support performance evaluation and training coordination.
5. Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
6. Handle the preparation, verification, and filing of Goods Received Notes (GRN) for all incoming admin supplies and materials.
