About the job

We're looking for a recruitment professional to join our team and manage end-to-end hiring across multiple roles and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure.
3. Coordinate interviews, feedback and candidate communication.
4. Work closely with clients and hiring teams to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles.
5. Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
6. Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS or data and ensure timely reporting.
7. Stay updated on talent trends and continuously improve sourcing and hiring processes.

What we're looking for: A proactive recruiter with strong communication skills, good sourcing abilities and the ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

A. Required skills:

6. Good organizational and time management skills.

B. Desired candidate profile:

1. Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

2. 6 months – 1 year of recruitment experience, recruitment, or executive search.

3. Experience in candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.

4. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

5. Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working effectively in a remote environment.

6. Must have a reliable internet connection, laptop/desktop, and a dedicated workspace.
