We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Operations Executive Associate to assist in streamlining our financial workflows and daily business operations. You will gain hands-on experience in budgeting, financial reporting, vendor management, and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in maintaining daily accounting entries, ledgers, and financial logs.
2. Track business expenses, process invoices, and manage vendor/client receivables.
3. Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports, cash flow summaries, and reconciliations.
4. Support operational execution, inventory/logistics tracking, and cross-team coordination.
5. Identify process bottlenecks and propose actionable steps to improve operational efficiency.
6. Assist with compliance, basic documentation, and audit readiness.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,08,000 - 1,60,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,08,000 - 1,60,000 /year
