About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct behavioural observations and support psychological assessments for recruitment, role suitability, and employee development.
2. Support counselling coordination, employee wellbeing initiatives, and interventions related to stress, fatigue, burnout, and workplace challenges.
3. Assist in reviewing incidents and behavioural trends to identify underlying human factor risks and improvement opportunities.
4. Develop and deliver HELM (Human Element, Leadership and Management) and soft-skills training.
5. Support leadership development, communication, decision-making, and positive workplace culture initiatives.
6. Maintain confidential assessment records, observations, and reports.

Other requirements

Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Applied, or Organisational).

Relevant experience in counselling, psychological assessment, training, or human factors is preferred.

Familiarity with psychometric tools and behavioural assessment methods is an advantage.

Strong communication, observation, documentation, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with employees and senior management.
