Assist in planning and executing daily production activities as per schedules
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve machine breakdowns and reduce downtime
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation
Support implementation of process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and suggest corrective actions
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and regulatory requirements
Participate in audits and support corrective/preventive actions
Work closely with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams

Authority to report and escalate production issues to senior engineers or supervisors

Educational Qualification:
* Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / industrial engineering or related field.
Experience:
* 0-2 years of experience in production planning and control in a manufacturing environment.

Understanding of quality standards and safety practices
Problem-solving and analytical skills
