1. Background: ITI/Electrical Diploma/Electrical Engineer.
2. Role Flexibility: Thrives in a mixed work environment encompassing both on-ground site visits and office coordination.
3. Core Understanding: Solid grasp of electrical systems and safety fundamentals.
4. Software Skills: Familiarity with MS Office tools to handle structured report preparation.
Probation:
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
