About the Role

What if we tell you, your writing will change lives?

As a Junior Curriculum Developer at Team Everest, you will create content that helps 1000s of students and volunteers. You will write curriculum which will be used to teach college students to impart various skills like communication, problem-solving, goal setting etc.

And it’s not just for students. You will also create content for volunteering events like making bird feeders, starting a kitchen garden, crafting paper bags, etc.

If you love exploring new ideas, writing creative content, and seeing your words make a real impact, this role is for you.

What You Will Do?

1. Create well-researched content for our various educational and volunteering programs.
   
2. Proofread and edit created content to maintain quality.
   
3. Support the team by creating program samples and models when needed.
   
4. Track feedback on curriculum and improve content constantly.
   
5. Build your curriculum review skills to grow into a Curriculum Lead role.

3. Basic proofreading and editing skills.

Other Information

• Scope: Full-time
  
• Probationary Period: 3 months
  
• Commitment: We expect you to work with us for at least 2 years. No formal agreements, we work on trust!
  
• Designation: As per your experience
  
• Working Days: Monday to Friday + 2 working Saturdays a month
  
• Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  
• Office Address: Work from our Chennai office.
