About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist the valuation manager or team leader by preparing valuation reports as per the given formats.
2. Conduct online data searches to support valuations.
3. Collect required documents from clients.
4. Finalize the valuation reports with the valuation manager.

Other requirements

1. Experience in the real estate industry or a similar role is preferred.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

3. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

5. Fluency in English and Hindi required. Knowledge of Marathi is a plus.
